Cinnamon Toast Crunch Baked Oatmeal
Spring break is coming which means busy days! I am happy to have found baked oatmeal on TikTok. I enjoy recipes where you cook ahead and have it for the rest of the week. That’s why baked oatmeal caught my attention.
I took my own spin on this baked oatmeal; it is great to have as breakfast or snack. Even better, it is kid approved!

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or butter of your choice)
- 1 1/3 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups oats (I used Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds from Trader Joe’s)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Dash of salt
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Directions
- Set the oven to 400 F.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add the nut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix together.
- Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Fold in raisins.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Spread evenly and top with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool, cut and enjoy!

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Dash salt
- 1/3 cup 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Instructions
