Spring break is coming which means busy days! I am happy to have found baked oatmeal on TikTok. I enjoy recipes where you cook ahead and have it for the rest of the week. That’s why baked oatmeal caught my attention.

This is just like the individual baked oatmeal I have made in the past. However, this is enjoyed this all week long.

I took my own spin on this baked oatmeal and it is great to have as breakfast or snack. Even better, it is kid approved!
