The Easiest Stuffed French Toast Recipe

The easiest stuffed French toast recipe satisfies your taste buds with the perfect amount of sweetness. You can make this within minutes and the possibility of flavors are endless!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 6 oz jar of yogurt with fruit on the bottom (any flavor)
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar
  • Fresh fruit of your choice

Directions

  1. Whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon together.
  2. Spread yogurt across both pieces of bread and sandwich together.
  3. Dip sandwich into egg batter until fully covered and soaked.
  4. Melt butter to grease pan on medium heat.
  5. Place French toast on one side. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned and firm.
  6. Remove from heat and top with more yogurt, fresh fruit and powdered sugar.

So, we are in like week 347 of quarantine and probably have eaten every brand of cereal for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Not that I am saying that is a bad thing, I love cereal but why not switch it up a bit?

Combining two of the best breakfasts into one is a total game changer and will definitely add some excitement to your mornings!

Ingredients:

Make pancake mix according to directions from box.

Using a small spoon, scoop pancake mix and dallop dots onto heated griddle.

Once mini pancakes have slightly cooled, melt butter and quickly sauté them in pan making sure all is covered in butter.

Pour mini pancakes in bowl and drizzle maple syrup all over. Top with more butter if you want.
