Strawberry Pop-tart Ice Cream Pops

Strawberry Pop-tart Ice Cream Pops

I’m on a strawberry kick, but what’s a better fruit to be loving during summer?

A few blog posts back, I shared how to a make Strawberry Dalgona Drink and since I couldn’t get enough, I decided to make these delicious and creamy popsicles.

What happens when you mix your favorite breakfast and your favorite dessert together? Pop-tart ice cream!

When you make this easy recipe, you can store it in a container and scoop it out like traditional ice cream, or you can make fun popsicles like I did!

These popsicle molds are adorable and the perfect size for little ones hands.

Since my Strawberry Dalgona drink was a hit, I decided to make something else using the same recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Nesquik Strawberry Powder Mix
  • Strawberry flavored Pop-tarts
  • Fresh Strawberries

Directions:

  • Make strawberry whipped cream, refer to my Strawberry Dalgona Drink post on how to make it.
  • Crush Pop tarts and cut up strawberries into small pieces.
  • Sprinkle pop tart crumbles and strawberries into popsicle molds.
  • Pour strawberry whipped cream into molds.
  • If you are doing traditional ice cream, pour whipped cream in a bread pan and mix in pop-tart crumbles and strawberries until even.
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours.

Time to enjoy! I promise you will want more than one and making this recipe more than once this summer. It is the perfect sweet and refreshing treat.

Whipped Strawberry Dalgona Drink

Whipped Strawberry Dalgona Drink

I was provided a free product in return for an honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

This 3 ingredient smooth drink is the perfect after dinner treat! It’s so simple you will want to make yourself one every day.

I may be outnumbered on this but I did not jump on the Dalgona coffee bandwagon.

The idea is brilliant, I’m just not a huge coffee drinker (thanks pregnancy aversions).

What I am all about is this whipped strawberry Dalgona drink! It only takes minutes to make and it is delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs Nesquik strawberry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Another 2 tbs Nesquik strawberry milk powder
  • 8 oz. of milk
  • Fresh strawberries and chocolate chips are optional for topping

Using a milk frother, mix 2 tbs of Nesquik and whipping cream.

I prefer this milk frother from Zulay Kitchen. It is powerful and quickly whips!

Next, in a glass cup or mason jar, mix the other 2 tbs of Nesquik and your milk of choice.

Top strawberry milk with the strawberry whipped cream. Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips.

And just like that you have a delicious treat! Send your kids to the icecream truck and enjoy this yourself!

Keep a close eye on it, you don’t know who may swipe it up when you’re not looking!
