Blueberry Lemon Waffles with Lemon Glaze Syrup
These blueberry lemon pancakes provide a delicious balance of tart and sweetness with a burst of blueberry flavor. The decadent lemon glaze adds the perfect touch to a mouthful of blueberries!

- pancake mix any ingredients the pancake mix calls for
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp cake batter extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Lemon Glaze Syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tbs lemon juice
Prepare pancake mix according to box directions.
Once fully mixed, add lemon juice and cake batter extract.
Slowly fold in blueberries and mix.
Heat waffle iron to 375 degrees F and cook waffles.
In a small bowl mix powdered sugar, milk and lemon juice.
Stir until fully smooth.
Once waffles are made, drizzle lemon glaze over them and top with fresh blueberries.
