Mini Strawberry Rainbow Pies

If you’re a fan of strawberries and whipped cream, then you’ll love this delicious strawberry rainbow pie recipe! This recipe is easy to make, requires just a few ingredients, and is perfect for any occasion. The best part is that it’s no bake and less than 10 minutes to make!


Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips in the microwave for 90 seconds stirring every 10-15 seconds.
Fold in a 8 oz whole tub of whipped topping, do not stir, FOLD!

Add food coloring if your choice (optional)

Spread a dollop of strawberry preserves on the bottom of each mini pie crust to fully cover.
Pour your mixture into a mini pie crusts and top with rainbow sprinkles and fresh strawberries.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours
