3 Delicious Ways to Eat Baked Oats

Some mornings may feel slow, but they are always busy and most likely jam packed. We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but that time frame will disappear as soon as you realize that you should eat.

Since working remote I discovered how to make the trending baked oats and I am so glad I did! It started with one recipe and from there I couldn’t stop experimenting. It is filling and so delicious even Franco enjoyed it.

Here are three delicious ways that I enjoy my baked oats.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Baked Oats

This is my favorite baked oats recipe since I am a huge lover of banana bread. Here is what you need:

  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Almond Slivers and Pumpkin Seeds (optional)

Preheat over to 350 degrees F and add all ingredients except chocolate chips, almond slivers and pumpkins seeds into a food processor and mix until everything is blended well. Pour batter into a greased miniature crock and mix in chocolate chips. Top with almond slivers and pumpkin seeds and bake for 30 minutes.

Chocolate Almond Butter Baked Oats

This baked oats is for the chocolate lovers. Here is what you need:

  • 1 Mashed Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • chocolate chips

Preheat over to 350 degrees F and add all ingredients except chocolate chips and almond butter into a food processor and mix until everything is blended well. Pour half batter into a greased miniature crock spoon almond butter in the middle of the batter. Add the rest of the batter on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes.

Strawberries and Cream Baked Oats

Another delicious baked oats! Check out this delicious recipe:


• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup oats
• 2 tbs vanilla Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbs sweetener
• 1/2 cup oat milk
• 1 tbs strawberry preserves
• Sliced strawberries

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients into a food processor except preserves. Put half the batter in a greased miniature crock.
Add preserves in the middle of batter and pour the rest on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with strawberries and pour cold milk on top.
