Cinnamon Toast Crunch baked oatmeal has the perfect amount of sweetness and nutrients to satisfy all of your cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or butter of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup pure
  • 2 cups oats (I used Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds from Trader Joe’s)
  • 2 tsp 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Dash salt
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 400 F.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  • Add the nut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix together.
  • Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • Fold in raisins. (optional)
  • Pour mixture into baking dish.
  • Spread evenly and top with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and white chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool, cut and enjoy!
