White Chocolate Greek Yogurt Banana Bread with a Vanilla White Tea Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Medium Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips

For The Glaze

  • 1 Vanilla White Tea Drop
  • 1 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz. Boiling Water

Instructions
 


  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF, and lightly grease a 9 x 5 bread pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.
  • Lightly beat the eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Stir until well combined.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently. Do not over mix.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan, spreading it out evenly, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Once bread has cooled, boil some water and add your Tea Drop to 8 oz of the water in a mug. 
  • Mix 3 tablespoons of tea with the powdered sugar and drizzle on top of the banana bread.
  • *If you would like a more thin and clear glaze, add a few more tablespoons to your liking.
